Kode Media has announced the signingof director Matt Ogens.
Ogens got his start directing long-form docu-series for networks including MTV, VH-1, CBS, and CNN, and earned three Emmy nominations for his work for ESPN. His feature documentary, Confessions of a Superhero, debuted at SXSW to critical acclaim.
His commercials career has seen him direct for brands such as Ford, Land Rover, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, McDonalds, IBM and AT&T. "Matt and I go back," said Andrew Porteous, EP at Kode. "He’s an extremely talented director. He brings a high-level of quality in his visuals with fantastic documentary storytelling in all his work. I’m thrilled he will be joining us at Kode Media".
Ogens has joined Kode for UK representation and continues to be repped by Bullitt in the US.
