As of today, agencies, interactive shops, production companies and design firms can get a jump on entering the 2009 One Show by visiting www.enteroneshow.org/.  The site will be live through the end of January for the online posting of show entries for all the One Show competitions, which includes the One Show, One Show Interactive and One Show Design.

The One Show recognizes creative excellence in a wide range of media and disciplines, including print, television, radio, outdoor, interactive media, innovative marketing, integrated branding and branded content. The competitions are judged by all-star rosters of art directors, copywriters and creative directors.

In 2008 The One Show received more than 26,000 entries from nearly 60 countries. “Selecting 500 finalists from this large pool of work is often a labor of love,” the Club says on its web site. What differentiates the One Show from other advertising awards competitions has always been a consistent and focused regard for the creative concept.

One Show winners are announced at the annual One Show Festival, held each May in New York. Winning work becomes part of an international traveling exhibition that tours Japan, Brazil, China, South Africa and other host cities domestically and abroad.
