After a three year residence in Los Angeles, Gregg Musuak has returned to the UK with spot and promo representation from Streetlight Films. Musuak's previous commercials work includes spots for Levis and Armani, while his music video credits include artists like Joe Cocker and Brand New Heavies.
Park Village, location of shots' recent ignominious table tennis tournament defeat, has added Athene Parker to its team as head of sales. Parker has a strong background in promos having commissioned for Virgin and lead the music video division at Streetlight.
Goodrich and David Hill, aka Santa Maria, have inked a deal with Hornet that will also see the pair repped in Europe through the firm's reciprocal arrangement with Passion Pictures. The live action and animation duo met at Savannah College of Art and Design and featured as new directors in shots 102 for their Sony spot Music Like No Other.
Damon Live Action Inc. has added director and cinematographer Doug Taub to its roster for US spot and print representation. Taub leaves Trio Films where his most recent project was a spot for Hertz.
Editor Adam Jenkins joins Union from Cut and Run with a body of work that includes spots for Panasonic and cutting duties on the feature Mr and Mrs Smith. Union have put him straight to work on a new Tooheys campaign.
Duck Studios has bolstered its line up with the addition of filmmaker and illustrator Monkmus. Among his numerous projects, Monkmus was responsible for two promos for Los Campesinos that featured in Cut & Paste way back when in addition to promos for Kid Koala and Mogwai. He joins Duck stablemates Shy The Sun.
Absolute Post has strengthened its London and New York offices with a pair of new staff. Sally Heath joins the NY team as executive producer, while here in the UK Andy Barmer, previously MD at The Mill, has taken the post of production director. Heath was a founding member of Absolute back in 2004.
Matt Follows and his producer Vanessa Hetherington have moved to Another Film Company.
The Gang Films have gone on a hiring spree, recruiting Jean Ozannat as executive producer from La Pac and signing three directors: Lieven Van Baelen, Ramon Bloomberg and Benzo Theodore.
Sam Bryant of Wally The Rainbow Serpent acclaim has joined the roster at Luscious International. Bryant featured on our 2007 New Director's showcase and went on to work on a viral spot for droga5.
NY-based prod-co A Very Small Office have added director Vincent Haycock to their squad. Having directed via a number of companies including Digital Kitchen and Vitamin, Haycock's credits include a promo for Editors and spots for Sony and Nike amongst others.
Crossroads have nabbed freelance producer and post supervisor Brett Karley.
Bandits in Paris welcomes US-born director and photographer Karina Taira to its roster for commercial representation in France. Joining from Premiere Heure, Taira has shot for Nestle, Toyota, L'Oreal and Nivea among others
