Who hasn’t dreamed about being a hero in their own film?

With the new digital campaign for Radiotjänst, the government body that collects the Swedish public broadcasting fee, you can now live that dream online.

It transpires that while the majority of Swedes are law-abiding and license feepaying citizens, the younger, more metropolitan members of society can be somewhat forgetful.

Swedish agency Draftfcb were tasked with encouraging the youthful end of Sweden’s TV and radio audience to cough up their readies and created this fantastic campaign to do just that.

Allowing people to upload photos of themselves or a friend or colleague, the programme then places the image seamlessly within the film to make that person a star and a hero to the masses.

Plastered on posters, billboards, in photo frames and even in galleries in pure Andy Warhol Pop Art style, the film has been an instant viral hit.
