Young & Rubicam appoints President of NY office

Young & Rubicam has recruited Jane Barrat to head their New York office. Barrat will work in partnership with the agency's executive creative directors Scott Vitrone and Ian Reichenthal. Barrat has almost 20 years experience in global branding that spans three continents and joins the Young & Rubicam team from Sapient Interactive in New York.
