Believe Media UK has announced the signing of Argentinian director Marcelo Burgos to its roster of talent. Beginning his career with Ogilvy Buenos Aires in the 1990s, and moving on to work with top agencies such as Y&R Buenos Aires, BDDP Madrid and Remo in Spain, Burgos has developed a unique insight into the creative process. His recent Victor spot for Playstation 3 features an interesting visual effect to encapsulate the client's Live in a state of play tagline.
