JWT’s New York outpost adds executive creative director Ben James to its team, who will report to new co-chief creative officers Ryan Kutscher and Matt MacDonald. James previously worked at CAA as creative director/marketing agent for brands such as Bing, Diageo, Gap, Mitchum and Virgin Australia. Prior to that he held positions at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Y&R Chicago and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
