Based on an underperforming encyclopedia manufacturer, the commercial, directed by , shows how the company receives a sudden unexpected rise in online orders. After increasing its supplies and resources, soon we realise where the new demand is coming from, and the truth hurts. According to Adobe, many of the marketers at Ad Week this week don't have a clue how their campaigns are performing, so the spot will air at seminars all week.
