Global advertising agency AKQA has announced the joint promotions of Matthew Bain (pictured centre), Geoff Northcott (pictured, left) and Giles McCormack (pictured, right) to the role of international managing directors. Bain, previously MD in Amsterdam, joined AKQA in 2005 and has for the past six years overseen the Amsterdam office. In his new role he will be responsible for teams in London, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. Northcott and McCormack, previously international client partners, joined AKQA six years ago and will now be responsible for teams in London, Portland, Tokyo and the Shanghai offices.
