Last summer, Google distributed a batch of its innovative Google Glass devices to a select group of ‘Explorers’ with a view to create a caign around how the wearable tech can be used and applied to businesses or personal everyday life.

With so much practical potential in the modern world, the possibilities are endless for brands and consumers alike to integrate Glass and American chef Roy Choi does exactly that in this video from Anomaly New York's If I Had Glass caign (#ifihadglass) and directed by Decon's .

Watch as Choi welcomes us into his kitchen in Los Angeles as he prepares the ultimate St Patrick’s Day treat in the form of a unique leprechaun-themed burrito. During the process, the chef explains how he uses Glass to find and share new recipes with fans and food-enthusiasts throughout the world.

While his pedigree includes Le Bernardin and the Beverly Hilton, Choi rose to fame with his popular food truck, Kogi BBQ. With his Korean -Mexican tacos as the marquee star, he serves top quality food at a great price and is known for being a cutting-edge chef – a reputation he upholds in this cool, laidback film.

Glass has multiple benefits for users allowing them to take photos, videos or searches and phone calls on the go. The hands-free culture of the product is seen to be especially useful in Choi’s demonstration and is sure to increase productivity further afield.

There is also some great Glassware (Glass’ version of apps) that enhance dining experiences such as Allthecooks, which allows you to search for follow along with recipes using only your voice. Watch this space for more Glass demos and tutorials as it’s still early days for the technology.
