hasan & partners acquires Perfect Fools

Helsinki-based marketing communication agency hasan & partners has announced it has acquired 51 per cent of Perfect Fools, an international creative digital agency based in Stockholm and Amsterdam. The two companies have been working closely together since the award-winning Kauko Café experience for World Design Capital Helsinki and Emotion Cube for Helsingin Sanomat. The companies will aim to open offices for hasan & partners in Stockholm and Perfect Fools in Helsinki to offer each agency’s skills to all markets.
