Arcade Fire: We Exist

Colonel Blimp's David Wilson helms this new promo for Arcade Fire which sees British actor and star of the recent Spider-Man films playing a man who is wrestling with his gender identity. A forlorn Garfield starts the film shaving his hair before donning a wig and women's clothes and entering a traditional-looking bar.

Things soon take a turn for the worse as men in the bar notice him before we reach an inspired dance sequence which is then followed by a section which sees Garfield, still in drag, appear on stage at a real Arcade Fire gig which was filmed at their performance at Coachella in April of this year.
