VRSE.works opens

Director and visual artist Chris Milk has teamed up with Smuggler founders/executive producers Patrick Milling Smith and Brian Carmody to form VRSE.works, an international virtual reality production company. Joining the team will be Joseph Chen who was the head of product and technical producer at Oculus as executive technical producer. VRSE.works will launch its Virtual Reality app at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival’s New Frontier exhibition which is dedicated to the intersection of film, technology and art. The company already has several projects on the go including work with Andrew Thomas Huang and Björk, and a Guy Shelmerdine directed experience.
