America likes to pride itself on quality and high standards – something that washer and dryer firm Maytag has adopted in its latest campaign due to launch today during the Major League Basketball’s (MLB) All-Star Game.
The minute-long spot, helmed by Mathew Cullen of Motion Theory, features the Maytag actor Colin Ferguson.
Dressed as an old-fashioned, suited and booted craftsman, the spot shines the spotlight on all those who work in the factory and make the appliances to their set standards.
Showing that each model meets and surpasses the required standard of excellence, the factory reveals the hard-working nature and dedication from employees to create the best.
In fact, the factory employees who feature in the spot are actual Maytag employees. The firm held a competition within the company asking employees to share what they love about working for Maytag and used their experiences to create the multi-platform campaign in partnership with MLB.
