With the 10th Rugby World Cup tournament taking place in the UK next month independent advertising agency Rothco is offering fans an experience they won’t forget.
Launching the It's Your Call campaign for Heineken, official beer of the tournament, fans will be given the opportunity to take part in the coin toss that will determine which nation kicks off each game.
Supporters from all around the world will have the chance to enter the competition to flip the coin at their country’s match and one very lucky fan will flip the coin at the Rugby World Cup Final on 31 October 2015.
Produced by Partizan and helmed by Reynald Gresset the lead spot follows the fast-paced adventure of the opportunistic fan as he blags his way onto the pitch meeting rugby legends John Smit and Jonah Lomu along the way.
To accompany the ad, thousands of coins are being minted to give rugby fans in each participating country the chance of flipping the coin at their nation's game. The competition will begin in Ireland and will be adapted in territories across the world.
