For those of you that had an imaginary friend growing up, and even those that didn’t, this indie film will be right up your street.
So You’ve Grown Attached, helmed by NYU film graduate Kate Tsang, is a story told from imaginary friend Ex’s perspective.
Capturing that crucial moment when a child starts to grow up and wants to leave their imaginary friend, the short film turns the tables around and asks, what if Ex doesn’t want to leave?
The hopeful and entertaining spot secured funding and support on Kickstarter, which enabled it to tour the US and European film festival circuit - where it received a couple of awards!
