It's difficult to know which whisky would be the best fit for a King.
But the new spot from Grey NY makes it clear that the obvious choice would be Canadian whisky, Crown Royal.
Helmed by Peter Thwaites, the minute-and-a-half long spot commemorates the moment that English royalty - King George VI and Queen Elizabeth - arrived in Canada in 1939.
Although it was an iconic moment in history, the campaign looks at the stressful distilling process and celebrates the moment the English monarchs were accepted on Canandian soil - when they received a bottle of the national whisky packaged in a hand-stitched purple and gold bag... just in the nick of time, thankfully.
