Global advertising agency network AKQA has welcomed Mark Uttley as group strategy director at the agency’s San Francisco office. In his new role, Uttley will lead the research and insights disciplines to form an integral part of the brand’s strategy practice. Prior to joining, he served as vice president of global consumer insights at Spotify, where his team delivered insights that inspired award-winning global marketing campaigns, as well as product and content innovation. Uttley joins AKQA, having gained over 17 years’ experience delivering consumer insights at various music and entertainment companies.
