An epic new campaign from Virgin Fibre through BBH London celebrates the entertainment which Virgin's fibre optic cables are able to deliver to customers. Shot by Rogue director Sam Brown, the spot featues a host of genre-based characters, including cowboys, superheroes, futuristic robots and gangsters as they hurtle through a space age-looking tunnel, which turns out to be a fibre optic cable.
Set to the iconic theme from Pulp Fiction, Dick Dale and the Del Tones' Misirlou, the spot also features cameo appearances from Usain Bolt, Lord Saladin from Activision’s Destiny: Rise of Iron game, Southampton FC and Donatello from Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The multi-million pound campaign will run over 14 weeks across TV, online, print and OOH. The campaign launches first on social media, with the TV ad breaking today, Friday March 24, during Coronation Street and Gogglebox.
