LIDA has promoted Claire Cootes to MD of its London office to replace Jonathan Goodman, who is moving to the USA to become the founding partner of LIDA New York. Cootes was previously a managing partner with responsibility for the agency’s O2 account. She will report to Victoria Fox, the CEO of LIDA. Goodman has been the MD at the agency’s London HQ since 2010. His appointment follows LIDA’s acquisition of New York digital customer experience agency MCD Partners in March 2016. Goodman will also report to Fox.
