M&C Saatchi acquires Scarecrow

The agency M&C Saatchi Mumbai has acquired Scarecrow Communications, which will now be known as Scarecrow M&C Saatchi. 

Before the partnership, Scarecrow was a successful independent agency for eight years and worked with clients like Viacom 18, Capital First, Emami, Future Generali, Zee Learn, Alcon Novartis, SebaMed (USV Pharma), Lactalis, Radio City, VTP, Mahindra, Business Standard, arthimpact, Anchor Panasonic and Reliance Capital.

It’s no secret that in the past few years, we have had many suitors," say Scarecrow co-founders Raghu Bhat, Manish Bhatt and Arunava Sengupta. "But after meeting Moray and the partners in London, we were clear that M&C Saatchi is the perfect partner for Scarecrow and we are confident that Scarecrow and its employees will gain from this move.”
