McIntyre joins Somesuch

Somesuch has signed director Stuart McIntyre to its roster for representation in the UK, the US and Amsterdam. 

Growing up in a small town outside of Toronto with no cable television and a well-stocked video shop, McIntyre's love for film started at a young age and led him to study film theory at university.  

After graduating, he founded a successful edit house where he worked a number of award-winning features, music videos and commercials, before making the move into directing. His early work included several fashion films followed by spots for brands such as adidas, Samsung, Gatorade and Louis Vuitton. 

Currently based in Los Angeles, McIntyre is set to release his first narrative short film, Carl's Motel.
