A Jewell in Academy's Crown

Academy has signed Ian Pons Jewell for representation in the UK, plus key markets of France and The Netherlands. 

Jewell has applied his unconventional thinking to groundbreaking promos, time-travelling epics and surreal conceptual work. His music videos have chalked up billions of YouTube hits and he's been nominated three times for Best Director at the UKMVAs.

In 2017 he directed I Love Doing Dishes for Finish through Wieden & Kennedy. The film won awards across the globe and announced him as one of the most exciting directors working in the industry. Films for Nike, Dollar Shave Club, Google Pixel and Three Mobile have further cemented his growing reputation, and led to selection by Televisual as one of the Top 10 Directors of 2018, plus a nomination for Director of the Year at our very own shots Awards.
