This gripping short film from Smuggler director Jamie Rafn features Daniel, a schoolboy whose selective mutism has been brought on by the many challenges he faces in his home life. While his mother lays dying in hospital and he wrestles with the knowledge of his sister's abuse at the hands of his step-father, Daniel has decided that the only answer is silence. Befriended by the older, charismatic, but troubled JJ, Daniel's relationship with his new-found friend leads to a serious situation where JJ's friendship isn't what it seemed.
