British Comedy Director Brings Talent Stateside

British comedy director J.J. Keith, recently signed with L.A.-based production company, A Common Thread for U.S. representation.
 
Keith was recently pegged by BBH, Shanghai to direct Coca-Cola's Iced Dew Water Olympics campaign, which was shortlisted at Cannes. In the spot titled "60 Percent," a mini-me type character competes at the London Olympic Games with lackluster results until he drinks Iced Dew Water, which brings him up to speed. Keith's other work includes clients such as Guinness, Subway, Land Rover, Vodafone and The BBC.
 
After studying at Edinburgh University, Keith made a few short films, one of which was nominated for an Oscar. He did a brief stint in TV before embarking on an ad career.  His work has won Gold, Silver and Bronze at BTAA and Creative Circle as well as Silver and Bronze at Cannes.
