Eggs revolving on the boil morph into swirling squid tentacles, which transform into circular spaghetti and DNA spirals in this scintillating celebration of the interdependence of living things.
Directed by Gregoris Rentis, through TopCut Modiano, the mixed-media film, titled Wonderful Dish, features dynamic animation and images of roundels, plates and all things circular as it explores how nutrition connects with and impacts on the environment.
Ultimately leading to the most wonderful spherical serving of all – Planet Earth, the spot ends with the message that the supermarket brand is aiming for climate neutrality by monitoring its greenhouse gas emissions through certified compensation programs.
