Directed by Marius Holst through Fantefilm, with cinematography by Oskar Dahlsbakken, the amusing spot pays tribute to the minority of people who manage to stick to the age-old New Year’s resolution of working out more.
Research has shown that eight out of ten people will abandon the resolution by the second week, due to going ‘all in’ and setting unrealistic goals as the clock strikes January 1st.
The spot begins with an initially crabby coach voicing the thoughts of judgmental gym bunnies seeing people taking things slowly, before going on to celebrate them and herald them as unsung heroes who'll make their resolutions a reality this year.
The fitness chain makes the pledge that their New Year’s resolution is ‘to help you keep yours.’
Because just like Rome, abs aren’t built in a day.
