Sometimes an ad carries a message so powerful that creative can be stripped right back to allow the words to land.
Created for Breast Cancer Now by London agency BMB, and directed by Katie Burdon, through Academy, this heartbreaking film address the experiences of cancer victims in a raw, straightforward way that packs a punch.
Titled If I Had More Time, it features nine women with incurable secondary breast cancer who share the ways they would spend more of their precious time if they could – from seeing their children start school to telling people they loved them.
Shot in a documentary style, it shows these women in their own homes, talking in their own words. Not only does the campaign reveal their vulnerabilities and their strengths, but highlights the urgent need for more research to extend people’s lives.
