Cautious Clay claims a prize promo

Revolving around a television, Colin Read creates a full cast of characters. 

Balancing playfulness and earnestness, Cautious Clay becomes a part of the television, the camera rotating around him slowly. As they pass over, each transition reveals a new experience an audience member has to Clay’s music. There’s a sweetness to the promo, a wide-eyed hopefulness that comes from a young artist. 

Wildfire is a beautifully crafted promo, and with a concept that really turns on the editing, it makes sense that Colin Read was both director and editor on this piece. Pulse Films produced and  Daniel Vignal served as the Director of Photography.
