Following mischievious social media jokes about Trump’s running mate JD Vance and his possible home furniture fondlings, creative agency Quality Meats has launched an audacious initiative to raise money for the Kamala Harris campaign.

It refers to a viral meme based on a supposed excerpt from Vance’s memoirs, Hillbilly Elegy, involving sexual shenanigans and a couch. While the meme and claims were proven to be fabricated, it made an (easily wipeable) splash across major news outlets.

Making a bigger statement about Vance’s controversial and polarising views, Quality Meats developed a new product: JD Jelly Couch Lube, the first-ever personal lubricant made for more pleasurable settee sexcapades.

The brand launched with an e-commerce website and hilarious film explaining how all proceeds from JD Jelly sales will go to the Kamala Harris campaign or “a childless cat lady who actually cares about protecting the fabric of our country,” a reference to Vance’s recent dig at Harris and the democrats. The film also clarifies Harris actually has children but no cats.

The whole activation, which is not affiliated with the actual Harris For President Campaign, was conceived and executed within five days.

Now that’s one hell of a quickie!
