Debuting their first ad ever at the Super Bowl, Dashlane’s humor and comedy sketch premise make Password Paradise ridiculously charming.
A man, fresh dead, travels the river o death with the ferryman. Instead of heading to hell, however, the pair end up at the pearly gates. The ferryman pops the cap off a dry-erase marker and asks the question everyone wants to think about as they’re staring down an eternity of happiness. “Password,” the whiteboard reads.
What follows is a superbly comedic game of charades as the ferryman tries to help the hapless newly deceased figure out his password. In Password Paradise, Lightning Orchard has found a tone that is humorous, high-stakes, and impressively relatable.
Hope he doesn’t get locked out.
