Eleven Announces Team Additions In Client Services, Production And Mixing

Eleven’s Founder/Mixer/Sound Designer Jeff Payne announces a triad of team additions to his growing audio post company, with Madeleine “Maddee” Bonniot as Producer, Andrew Smith as Assistant Mixer and Jordan “Jojo” Hart as Client Services & Facilities Coordinator. The remarkable new roster of talent joins Eleven as part of a continuous objective to sustain momentum and broaden horizons across the board.

“I get so much joy in helping create opportunities for talented people to bring their creative gifts, and Jojo, Maddee, and Andrew have been perfect additions from day one,” says Jeff. “Their individual and collective talents and skills are only surpassed by their incredibly good mojo. They are seriously good people, and that says it all.”

A Los Angeles native, Madeleine “Maddee” Bonniot moved north to attend the University of San Francisco and earned a BA degree in Media Studies, while working in the University’s Events Management Department. Maddee made her way back to L.A. after college and worked as an Associate Producer at Santa Monica music house HUM. Her event and music production background helped her find her way to Eleven, where she has taken on the role of Producer. 

“While previously working in commercial music production I only ever heard amazing things about Eleven and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this amazing team,” says Maddee. “I am so excited for the opportunity to continue to grow as a producer and as a person at Eleven.”

Born & raised in the suburbs of Montgomery County, MD, Jordan “Jojo” Hart recently relocated to the Los Angeles area. Having studied Communications, Jojo has garnered experience as a Production Assistant, as well as with Event Planning - learning the tricks of the trade at a young age by helping with her mother’s event planning business. These skills have allowed Jojo to bring a keen attention to detail and creativity to the Client Services role.

“I am so happy to become part of the Eleven family; after relocating from D.C., it is so comforting to have found such an ideal team and work environment,” shares Jojo. “The Client Service/Facility role is the perfect place for me to showcase my past Event Planning and Personal Assisting background.”

Growing up outside of Philadelphia, PA, Andrew has always had a passion for music and sound design. From playing drums to programming beats in high school, he has always known he wanted to work with sound. Moving to Los Angeles in 2015, Andrew’s career focus shifted into audio post-production, landing a 6-months internship at Eleven that transpired to his current role as Assistant Mixer.

“I’m so lucky to be able to work under Jeff and everyone else here at Eleven,” says Andrew. “From the personalities to the expertise of each one of them, it makes working here so informational and enjoyable.” 

Eleven’s Executive Producer Melissa Elston, who was promoted from within in late 2016, shares a similar sentiment as Jeff. “I’m so excited to introduce the newest members of our Eleven family. They are by far the most talented group of young professionals that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. These bright rising stars share a host of accolades, life experiences, and professional accomplishments each in their own right. I can’t wait to see them conquer 2017 and flourish in their careers.”
