This new music video for Scottish musician King Creosote, aka Kenny Anderson, is a mesmerising and artistic examination of time.
Directed by Ruben Sutherland through Joyrider, the promo was motivated by a combination of the song's lyrics and what they say about imagining looking back on a life that is full of love. It features paintings and other surreal CG scenes that form an imaginary exhibition that represents a retrospective of King Creosote’s work.
“[The promo] is trying to illustrate time," states Sutherland. "The time spent on art, and what that means when all is said and done. Also, it's about looking forward to looking back”.
