In an attempt to explain to non-gamers what it feels like to be interrupted when you’re in the middle of playing a video game, Anorak Oslo has constructed this elaborately funny film for Nordic electronics outlet Komplett.
Paying homage to classic Western flick Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid, the spot sees two cowboys trapped in an intense shoot-out. One's wounded in the leg. Their situation looks grim, but they agree to make one final stand, going out all guns blazing.
All of a sudden, though, the action's interrupted by a woman reminding 'Jonas' that it's time for dinner. Cue one of the cowboys sheepishly leaving his comrade in order to get into his mum's wagon and go home. It's a brilliant moment of bathos - kudos to Bacon director Jakob Marky.
