We'd all like a role that involves making people happy. So imagine the levels of job satisfaction (and, ok, a teeny touch of the green-eyed monster) that come with telling people they've just won the Lottery.
adam&eveDDB's new campaign for the National Lottery flips the focus from the winners to the phone operators who work in Camelot's contact centre and spend their working days making people's dreams come true.
Beautifully directed by Smuggler's Henry-Alex Rubin, the 60-second spot features real-life employee Michelle, who, like many others, works in an office. But here, clock-watching takes on a much more dramatic meaning, as the staff brace themselves for a barrage of calls when the winning numbers are announced.
