Passion RAW continues to expand its offerings with their latest announcement that they have opened their doors in Paris. Helmed by Executive Producer, Verenne Ferrari, the addition of the RAW roster to Passion Paris, means that the company can now add live action to their already strong roster of 3D, animation and design talent in the French market.
Ferrari started her professional career as a junior music video rep for Premiere Heure before moving on to become music video commissioner for Virgin Records in Paris.
In 1993 she moved to Los Angeles to work as a music video rep for Palomar Pictures, before becoming Creative Director of the Music Video department for Black Dog Films. As a freelancer, Ferrari represented companies such as Partizan, MJZ, Paranoid US and El Nino. In addition to Music Videos she represented commercial directors for Mister Boomboom, Stephane Sednaoui's production company, for the fashion, cosmetics and beauty market.
Moving back to France in 2009 she produced for companies such as Quad and Henry de Czar before joining Passion Pictures Paris in 2011.
Verenne is now responsible for launching Passion RAW in Paris as part of Passion Paris' overall offering. The Paris roster is to include Twin, Oscar award-winners The Fines, Tim Abshire, Cristiana Miranda, Owen Trevor, Brent Bonacorso, John Turner and Dael Oates.
London's Managing Partner and EP, Dan Scott-Croxford comments, " The French market continues to produce great work and great talent. It felt only natural that we follow in our parent company's footsteps and make a leap into this market. When Passion Paris expressed an interest in doing this there were no doubts left in my mind. I am very excited by our Parisian adventure."
Verenne adds, "Passion Paris has a strong and established reputation in France in the field of animation, 3D and mix media. It is really exciting to start Passion RAW in France because it will not only allow for more interesting mixed media projects, but it will also expand the talents we can offer to our clients to the fields of high end visual projects, comedy, digital, etc.."
