Tantrum have added comedy writer and director Beth Park to their ranks.

With films such as Fantasy Dick Pic and Fitbetty, Park's brings a unique and often darkly surreal form of comedy to the advertising arena.
The latter film stars Heida Reed as a woman coached/tortured by Fitbetty (Park), the flesh-and-blood amalgamation of weight loss infomercials. Set to The Pointer Sisters' I'm So Excited, the film is a good example of Park's flair for satire and physical comedy, as well as her ability to sell a punch, quite literally.
With a drama string to her bow as well, Park’s debut short film, Fishwife, a chilling horror, played at film festivals around the world in 2022, winning a bunch prizes along the way. Not bad for a first attempt.
Her next project, Wild Animal, stars Charlotte Riley as Mallory, a woman who suffers from postpartum psychosis. The condition has inspired many articles and documentaries in recent years, and Tantrum are looking forward to Park's "funny, weird, and searingly moving" film continuing the conversation.
