This PSA with a difference warns of the consequences of irresponsible waste management, envisaging a grotesque ‘litter monster’ that assembles itself from people’s discarded non-biodegradable trash and sets off on a rampage.
Created by The Newtons Laboratory/Athens, and directed by Bjorn Ruhmann, with a wholly appropriate soundtrack - Tiger Lillies’ Crack of Doom - The Monster is a colourful, funny spot that nonetheless unearths some buried childhood fears.
