Weary of the usual yuletide livery of red and green? Very’s Barbie-pink toned spot not only shakes up the Christmas colour palette but also eschews the usual turkeys in favour of a fabulous flock of the popular pink birds.
Created by The Gate and produced at Nexus Studios, the ad Let’s Make It Sparkle launches the brand’s new creative platform and introduces new flamingo characters.
The richly detailed film is jam-packed with bird-themed accents – the local pub is named ‘The Roost,’ the star on the Christmas tree is a tiny flamingo and there’s a nod to how the leggy bird gets its distinctive pink coat with shrimp motifs on the cups.
