Deep in Svalbard, Norway, far above the Arctic Circle, lies the Global Seed Vault, a ultra-secure facility which contains seeds of every plant grown in the world so that, if catastrophe does strike, we’ll be able to rebuild again.

What they are missing is tasty treats, so, in light of NASA's report that an asteroid is headed toward Earth on November 2 (albeit that, at its closest, it will still be 419,130 kilometers from the Earth’s atmosphere and that the likelihood of it hitting us is 0.4%), OREO have done the decent thing and created an asteroid-proof compound, the Global OREO Vault, where it has safely tucked away the cookie’s recipe, a few samples and some powdered milk (the perfect accompaniment, if you add some snow).

Perfectly explained in this humorous mockumentary from The Community and World War Seven director David Shafei, the tale of architect Markus Thorland and his quest for cookie cover is a tasty treat.
