Zoic Earns 2016 Emmy Nod for "The Man in the High Castle"
The exceptional team creates period authentic look for the TV show.
Zoic Studios has received a 2016 VFX Emmy® nomination, with a nod for “Outstanding Special Visual Effects” for the Amazon Studios’ series “The Man in the High Castle.” Zoic’s Culver City and New York teams, led by VFX Supervisor Jeff Baksinski, worked closely with director David Semel to create effects that would fully engulf viewers in a distorted 1960s America, imagined as if the Nazis and Japanese had won WWII. The team incorporated period-authentic architectural styles and technology, handling extensive environmental work, replacing anachronistic cars, buildings and signs and amplifying key action sequences.
