Here, two gawky kids sit outside their school, pulling up the grass, chewing air, killing time. A middle age man drives up in a golf buggy, intent to determine which of these two kids deserves to keep the name Steve in a race. 'You can't both be Steve so let's settle this thing once and for all', he says. Our freckly skinned and curly haired heroes seem to take this ridiculous premise in their phlegmatic stride, racing to some dire eighties style electronic music. Brilliant, inane stuff.
