Continuing the vogue for creatives turned director, London production company Godman has signed Rooney Carruthers to direct through its books.
Carruthers was most recently stationed in San Francisco as executive creative director of FCB’s Bay Area bureau. He quit the position after 15 months in the job because, according to Godman managing director Jo Godman, he was “homesick”.
FCB San Francisco has promoted Tom O’Keefe, latterly senior vice president, client creative director to executive creative director to replace him.
Vaughan Arnell’s former producer, Adam Saward, recently promoted from head of production to managing director, will produce for Carruthers.
