US advertising agency Droga5 has announced the appointment of Rob Trostle to the newly-created role of executive design director. Based out of New York, Trostle, who will report to chief creative officer Ted Royer, will oversee and grow the design department and its capabilities as he rolls out the creative vision for the team. He comes to the agency with over 15 years’ experience having previously worked for agencies including Mother and Anomaly for clients such as Cole Haan, Target, Johnson & Johnson and Mitchum.
