Responding to claims that Barbie's bodies are unhealthy and promote an unrealistic body image, BBDO has created a campaign that explores the creativity involved in childplay.
Helmed by Karen Cunningham, the two-minute-long spot celebrates the importance of the hours spent playing Barbie's - as this is the time when girls develop their self identity.
The spot sees the hilarious reactions of adults when five young girls act out their desired real life jobs and recreate the imagined worlds played out in their bedrooms with Barbie.
