Cape Town-based director, Michael Matthews, has signed to South African production company Velocity Afrika for representation. During his career Matthews has helmed spots for brands including P&N Bank, MTV, AXE/Lynx, Nike, Kulula Airlines, TAB, Wrigleys and Smirnoff, through both local and international agencies including King James, MTV and 303LOWE.
