To celebrate the return of the Newport Beach Film Festival, US agency RPA has created this haunting film.
Produced and directed by Jogger to promote the festival,the piece fousses on the theme of voyeurism and the chilling piece sees the characters realise they're being spied on from by unknown entity.
The festival is now in its 17th year and will see 350 films, eight nightly public events, industry networking sessions and in-depth seminars taking place between 21-28 April.
