London-based agency Mcgarrybowen has hired Rory Gallery (left) and Chris McKibbin as joint heads of strategy, following former executive planning director Kevin Chesters’ departure this year.
Their addition to the agency marks the first senior hires under new CEO Jason Gonsalves.
Australian native Gallery arrives from AMV BBDO, where he was a board strategy director for over three years. He worked previously as a planner at Host Syndey, MCCP and McCann Erickson. Prior to this, McKibbin was a senior planner at Adjust Your Set, following almost five years at JWT London.
