Andy Warhol makes a surprise appearance in Burger King's Super Bowl offering, created by David Miami and Mullen Lowe Boston.
The 45-second spot features old documentary footage of the pop artist unwrapping a burger, adding ketchup from a Heinz bottle ("it doesn't come out" he complains, shaking the bottle) and taking a precise bite.
The clip is taken from a longer, four-and-a-half minute film, Andy Warhol Eating a Hamburger [below] which originally appeared in 66 Scenes from America, a 1982 film directed by Jorgen Leth.
