Music videos are often the place where new ideas come to grow, and with this hilariously crafty promo from directing duo Rottingdean Bazaar (James Theseus Buck and Luke Brooks), a cool concept is given space to become a fully-fledged art form.
Ingenuously printing the members of synth-pop band audiobooks onto fabric and then manipulating that for the camera, the promo for LaLaLa It’s The Good Life, created through Blink Productions, sees witty ideas unfold [pun intended] at every turn.
Shot on iPhone in the directing pair's Rottingdean flat, the film charms with its endearing DIY feel, as well as creating beguiling images that get more fascinating with every watch.
